**End of Tenancy Cleaning Policy** * The service must be booked in advance and the property should be accessible at the agreed time. * Prices are based on the size and condition of the property and the agreed cleaning checklist. * Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, heavy grease, mould, rubbish removal, or additional services not included in the booking. * The property should be empty of personal belongings before cleaning where possible. * We provide a professional cleaning service, but we cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, damage, limescale, mould or marks that require specialist treatment. * Oven, carpet, upholstery, windows and other additional services may be charged separately unless included in the agreed quote. * Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. * Payment is due according to the agreed booking terms.
