Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Clients can reschedule or cancel a booking at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the session being deducted from the package. ⏱️ Late Policy If our team is unable to access the premises at the scheduled time, the session may be counted as used. 💳 No Refund Policy All package purchases are non-refundable but can be used within the plan duration.
